Worried

I was getting worried. I have not been able to really read in weeks but my thirst is back. Whew what a relief. I read a couple of hundred pages yesterday and today. I just wish I could learn to focus on one book at a time. I have three currently going. I need to correct that. I finished one tonight. I have two others going right now. I am just glad my desire is back. I was scared I might have to become a tv bug.

The Short Second Life of Bree.

Interesting little novella. I thought the book was going to be a different type than Twilight series. The book brought in the whole gang from Twilight though. An interesting little twist.

INkheart

Oh No! I cannot believe that has happened! What kind of author lets these things happen to good people?

Inkheart

I am dying to know what secrets her father is holding in his heart. Meggie is searching trying to find the answers right now . I NEED TO KNOW NOW!

Inkheart

I am taken away with the beauty of the language in Inkheart. Funke pushes the images into my thoughts without me realizing it until they are there. On page 1 I love the image of the Whispering rain. Meggie's father says the book under her pillow whispers a story to her while she sleeps. I just love that thought. I always wondered what happened to the story when I fell asleep with the book in my bed and now I know.

The Short Second Life of Bree tanner

I began the online version of Stephanie Myer's newest book, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, last night. It is a very easy read but I am not sure how interested I am. I usually care deeply about her characters and I just cannot seem to get attached to Bree. I have read a little over a hundred pages and I just feel nothing for Bree. I do not care if she just goes up in a dust cloud.

There is no district 12

Where will they live?

Our Final day with the Hunger Games series until August

I really enjoyed our last night with Collins until August. Catching Fire lit up the sky as I read it. The Hero is on I love to hate. My book bud says she drives her crazy because she is whiny. I did not agree at first but as I listened I grew to agree.

I took a character test to find who I was most like and it turns out I am most like Cinna. Who would have thought? I wanted to be one of the brave youngsters fighting for their lives.

As the girls and I examined the clock, there were several areas we were unsure of. I have now found several websites with maps. We wanted a map to see where the locations of the districts were. The maps i have found so far are off according to our predictions and of course, we are right. lol

I cannot wait until August to read the last of the trilogy.

We begin Inkheart next week.

Have I stopped reading?

Never....
My internet has been playing tricks on me for over a month. I think the company has finally fixed my problems. Grrr.. four different visits were made to my house by the technicians to fix the problem and each time they said it was really fixed and they would not have to come back. lets see how long it lasts this time.

I hate falling in love with my blogging and then deserting the cause for such an expanded period. I am back though until the next technician has to come.
